摘　　要： 异质文化的交流和对话是一种追求和谐,但同时保持各自的文化身份的共存和共处的关系。文学研究工作者必须具备全球视野与本土意识。全球视野是指在文学研究中,我们要放眼全球;“本土意识”则强调文学的发展必须具有民族性。 The exchange and dialogue between different cultures is in pursuit of the harmonious, coexistent but individualistic relationship. Literary researchers must have global vision and native sense as well. Global vision states that we should have the whole world in mind in literary study; while ＂native sense＂ stresses that the development of literature must be deeply rooted in the national consciousness.
