摘 要: 探讨了3种酸溶液对猪皮胶原蛋白溶出率的影响。采用单因素试验对主要影响因素进行了分析,结果表明:以猪皮胶原蛋白溶出率为指标,柠檬酸作用效果最佳,醋酸次之,盐酸作用效果较差。 The different effects of three acid solutions in the extraction of pork skin collagen were discussed in this study. By the experiment of single factor, the main points influencing the extraction percentage were analyzed. Furthermore, the extraction by the three acid solutions was compared It was indicated that the citric acid solution acted best, the acetic acid solution took the second place, and the hydrochloric acid solution gained the worst effect when the extraction percentage of pork skin collagen was used as standard.
