摘 要: 热刺激电流技术是研究聚合物驻极体内电荷衰减及贮存的有力工具.用分压技术使补偿运算放大电路能够测量10-13A的电流.整套设备能在-190~160℃按0.5~4℃/min均匀升温. Thermo stimulated current (TSC) technique is a valuable tool in studying the charge decay and charge store in polymer electrets. The divide voltage technique is adopted to make compensating operation ample circuit could measure a weak current of 10 -13 A. The whole apparatus is capable of rising temperature at the same speed of 0.5 ̄4 ℃/min from -190 ℃ to 160 ℃. TSC of polypropylene is measured.
