摘 要: 提出了一种新的解决嵌套问题的优化排样算法———区间法。以对头双排为例,将零件的相对位置转化为区间问题,同时考虑3个零件的位置,从而更适合于处理嵌套排样的问题。介绍了这种算法的原理,并建立了相应的数学模型。经过实际检验,以该算法为核心的优化排样系统具有计算速度快、结果准确可靠等优点。 A new algorithm named interval method was proposed for optimizing nested layout. Compared with conventional one step translation algorithm, which arranged two parts just in opposite doublebank, the interval method transformed the relative position of parts into interval matter, in which the relative position of three parts was calculated simultaneously. Hence it was much more applicable to the handling of nested layout problems. The principle and corresponding mathematic model were introduced. The optimized layout system based on this algorithm proved to be faster in computing speed and more accurate and reliable in practical environment.
