摘 要: 分析了灵芝孢子油中总三萜、不饱和脂肪酸等活性成分,并进行了对高血脂新西兰兔的实验研究,通过设高脂模型组和空白对照组,比较血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清甘油三酯(TG)、血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的变化并对实验动物进行病理形态学检查。结果表明,灵芝孢子油具有降血脂的作用。 This paper analyzed the bioactive ingredients of triterpenes and unsaturated fatty acid in Ganoderma lucidum spore oil, and the research was also made on its reducing serum lipid effect on New Zealand rabbit. Through the high serum lipid and control experiments, a comparative study on the changes of TC. TG, HDL-C and LDL-C was made. Further more, an examination on pathomorphology was carried out. The results showed that Ganoderma lucidum spore oil possesses serum lipid reducing activity.
