摘　　要： 对甲壳素及其衍生物的基本组成和性质、包装适性、印刷适性等进行了分析和探讨，并提出由其制成的新型材料将导致包装印刷业产生一志大的变革。 On the basis of chitin and chitosan's composition and functions, this paper analysis and discussis the packaging properties and printing propertise of materials made from chitin and chitosan. It 'also proposes that the materials made fromchitin and chitosan will cause a revolution in packaging and printing indtlstry.
