摘　　要： 对资源价格的调控是市场经济条件下实现资源合理配置的必要手段,对资源价格改革与管理的理论出发点是价格弹性原理,对资源价格管理与调控的目的是维护国家经济安全和民生的提高,要妥善处理好维护经济安全与维护民生的关系。资源价格改革与管理是一项系统工程,其配套的政策措施应该有利于经济社会的持续稳定和发展。 The regulation of resource price is an essential method of putting resources to rational use. The theoretical basis of reforming and administering the resource price is the theory of price elasticity. Its aim is to realize the safeguar d of national economy and people's livelihood. The reform of resource price is a systematic engineering, and its policies must be advantageously pushed on in a continued and stabilized economic and social development.
