摘　　要： 审读一直贯穿于期刊的整个编辑、出版工作的始终。审读有外部审读和内部审读之分。构建学术期刊内部审读机制对于提高学术期刊的质量十分必要。学术期刊编辑要树立审读意识,学术期刊刊社要有措施,对审读中发现的编排错误要予以更正。 Examinating the manuscripts should go through the whole process of editing and publishing. It includes external and internal examinations. For the purposes of increasing the quality of journals, it＇s necessary to establish the internal examination mechanism. The journal editors should have a consciousness of examination, and the journal publishers should have apporiate measures. The mistakes found in the examination should be corrected.
