摘 要: 首先提出了疲劳寿命的各因素灵敏梯度和灵敏度因子计算新方法,接着对确定性设计变量情况下的圆柱筒结构和含不确定性随机变量情况下的圆柱筒结构的疲劳寿命进行了灵敏性分析,得到了在影响耐压厚壁筒概率疲劳断裂寿命的诸多因素中,材料特性常数c,n的总影响比其它因素的影响大得多,c,n的精确性是计算或评估厚壁筒结构疲劳寿命的关键因素,所得结果对圆柱筒结构的设计、制造与使用提供理论依据。 Based on the recently developing theory of sensitivity grads for calculating sensitivity factors and the traditional method of calculation of the stress intensity factors of thick-walled cylinder,sensitivity analysis of fatigue life is analyzed about a cylinder with internal pressure.First,a new method of sensitivity analysis of structure fatigue life is suggested.Then,sensitivity analysis is done for the cylinder with only deterministic design parameters.Further,another sensitivity analysis is done for the cylinder with random design parameters and deterministic design parameters.Calculating and analyzing show that the material characteristic parameters c ,n are more effective than the other parameters of cylinder structure.The research results and methods in this paper are useful in practical purpose.
