摘　　要： 由于网络技术的产生及其在会计领域中的广泛应用,网络会计应运而生,成为会计发展的新领域。网络会计在产生及逐渐发展的过程中,面临着一些问题,需要制定相应对策,使网络会计逐步完善。 Because of the generation of network technology and its widespread application in the field of accountancy, the network accountancy occurs and has become a new field in the development of accountancy. During the process of generation and gradual development, the network accountancy is facing some problems. Therefore, some relative response are required to be made in order to help network accountancy to improve itself.
