摘　　要： 改革开放的顺利进行,有赖于具有坚定意志的国民。在现实社会中,由于理想、信念的淡漠,缺乏正确价值观的引导,人们的意志人格存在严重缺失。意志人格的培养,有助于摒弃知足常乐、不求进取的传统人格;有助于削减市场人格带来的危害;有助于减轻市场经济带给人生的压力;有助于人们实现自己的理想人格目标。 In present - day society, the moulding of modem sound personality calls for will - based personality. The cultivation of strong - will personality helps discard the traditional personality featuring a lack of drive, makes for the reduction of the harm caused by market - based personality, conduces to the alleviation of the pressure brought by the market economy, and facilitates the realization of people＇ s goal： ideal personality.
