摘　　要： 从经济学、社会学和地理学等学科的角度对我国城市区域空间发展理论与模式:增长极理论、点轴理论、梯度推移理论、核心边缘模式、依附理论以及世界体系理论等发展理论在我国建设发展中的应用进行了回顾,并分析各种模式的适用条件. This paper reviews the region development theory process, from different point of view：economy, sociology and geography. The development theory contains growth pole theory, point-line theory, core-periphery theory, grad process theory, dependency theory and world system theory. Applied conditions of different development theory are analyzed. Last different theory model are judged of briefly.
