摘　　要： 报表输出和打印，是信息管理系统中不可或缺的一项重要工作。报表设计的灵活性是衡量系统功能完善与否的重要指标：针对信息管理系统中，报表设计的灵活性和复杂性，以Paradox类型表为例，提出了快速、动态实现报表编制的解决方法。同时，还给出具体控制Excel的方法，以及阐述了定义、使用表头模板来完成更复杂报表的编制方法和技巧。 The output and printing of report is an indispensable step in information management system. The flexibility from the design of report is an important index to measure the perfection of the functions of the system. In terms of the flexibility and complexity from designing report, with Paradox type illustrated, this paper points out rapid and dynamic solutions to preparing report, At the same time, it offers detailed approaches to control Excel reports. It also describes the definition and explains how to prepare even more complicated report with report head panel techniques.
