摘 要: 在分析传统企业生产能力概念的基础上提出了即时定制生产模式下企业生产能力的概念,建立了生产能力的关系模型,并进一步研究和分析了传统企业生产能力与即时定制生产模式下企业生产能力的联系和区别。然后在分析即时定制生产运作模式的基础上,提出了即时定制生产模式下企业生产能力快速形成机制及相应的对策和措施。 By analyzing the characteristics of the concept of production ability about traditional enterprises, this paper defines the production ability in Instant Custonerization and sets up the characteristics model. According to the characteristics model of production ability, the difference and relationship between traditional concept of production ability and the concept of production ability in Instant Customerization are studied deeply. Moreover, the operation framework in Instant Customerization is developed and analyzed. Based on the operation framework in Instant Customerization, the mechanism and strategies of production ability are analyzed and presented in order to satisfy the personal demand of customer quickly. Finally, according to a case study, the mechanism and strategies of production capacity are discussed further in Instant Customerization.
