摘　　要： 高校女教师是高等教育发展的重要力量,从性别平等与两性和谐发展的角度看,她们的发展状况反映并且制约高等教育发展的水平。本文以广西十所高校女教师的基本情况以及对869名教师的个人问卷调查所获得的数据资料为基础,对广西高校女教师发展的状况及存在的问题进行初步的统计分析,并提出改善和促进高校女教师发展的对策。 Women teachers in colleges are important force in the development of higher education. From the view point of sexual equality and the harmonious development of both male and female, their development reflect and restrict the level of development in higher education. The essay, based on the data acquired from the basic condition of the women teachers in ten colleges in Guangxi and the questionnaire among 869 teachers, processes a primary statistic analysis on the situation and the potential problems of the college women teachers＇ development in Guangxi, and puts forward measures for improving women teachers＇ development in colleges.
