蓖麻碱的微波提取实验研究

摘  要: 利用微波系统从蓖麻饼中提取蓖麻碱,考察了料液比、颗粒度、提取温度、提取时间及微波功率等因素对蓖麻碱提取率的影响规律,通过单因素分析和正交试验设计确定了最佳提取工艺条件。确定的最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比1∶50;提取温度100℃;提取时间20 min。 The method of extraction of ricinine in castor pomace by using microwave- assisted extraction system was studied in this paper. The key factors including the ratio between material and water, the graininess, the temperature of extraction, the period of extraction and the microwave power were all investigated. By using single factor and orthogonal test, the optimal conditions were identified: the ratio of solid to liquid was 1 : 50, the temperature of extraction was 100 ℃, and the extraction period lasted for 20 mins. By measuring the toxicity of extracts from castor pomace to aedes albopictus skuse, the insecticidal effects of the ricinine were studied and achieved its applied research.
