摘　　要： 挤压膨化技术具有生产成本低、效率高、操作简便、浪费少、无废弃物、原料适用性广、产品种类多、产品营养价值高以及维生素损失少等优点,已成为一项很有发展潜力的新型技术。为此,基于国内外挤压膨化技术的发展现状,分析了我国挤压膨化技术产业化发展道路上所遇到的问题,从技术、科研、产业化推广、政策法规、市场发展等角度提出了解决对策,并指出研制实验样机是促进挤压膨化食品产业化、大规模发展的关键。 The extruding technology has virtues of low production cost, high efficiency, easy operation, little waste, and no rejectamentas, extensive applicability of the raw materials, many kinds of products, high nutritive value, and cess losses of the vitamin which has been a developing potential technology. Hence, based on researching the developed situation of the extruding technology of the internal and external, the problems of developing the extruding technology industrialization are analyzed. The resolving counter measures are elaborated from the angles of technology, scientific research, industrialized spreading, policies and rules, and market development, and developing the experiment sample machine is pointed out to be the key to promote large-scalely developing the extruding food
