摘 要: 合成了含羟基的聚天冬氨酸衍生物,研究了聚天冬氨酸衍生物及其复配物阻CaCO3、CaSO4和Ca3(PO4)2垢性能,并与聚天冬氨酸和2-膦酰基丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸水处理剂作了比较,结果表明,质量浓度为12 mg/L时,以上4种药剂阻CaCO3垢率分别为11.1%、86.2%、65.7%、94.8%;阻Ca3(PO4)2垢率分别为100%、95.6%、6.47%、7.23%;阻CaSO4垢率分别为94.1%、99.5%、100%、44.3%。复配物对CaCO3、CaSO4和Ca3(PO4)2具有良好的阻垢性能。 Polyaspartic acid(PASP) derivatives with hydroxyl has been synthesized. The performance of it and its combinations have been studied and compared with other water treatment agents such as PASP and 2-phosphono- butane- 1, 2, 4- tricarboxylic acid(PBTCA). The results show that at a dosage of 12 mg/L,the inhibition rates of these agents on the precipitation of CaCO3 are 11.1% ,86.2% ,65.7% ,94.8% ;and on precipitation of Ca3(PO4)2 are 100%, 95.6%, 6.47%, 7.23%; and on precipitation of CaSO4 are 94.1%,99.5%,100%,44.3% respectively. Its combinations has excellent scale inhibition to GAGO3, GASO4 and Ca3(PO4)2.
