摘 要: 探讨了纳米SiO_2与高相对分子质量季铵盐表面接枝复合抗菌剂在PE-LD中的应用。结果表明,当抗菌剂添加量为基础树脂的3%(质量含量,下同)时,材料对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率为99.99%,具有强抗菌效果。抗菌样品放置1a后,抗菌率仍为99.99%;将放置1a后的样品再经过加速老化15d后,抗菌率为97%左右,抗菌长效性好。 A new antimicrobial agent has been studied. In this antimicrobial agent, the nano-SiO2 was combined with high-molecular-weight quaternary ammonium salt first, which was introduced into low density polyethylene (PE-LD) at a weight fraction of 3 %. The antimicrobial activity of the loaded resin achieved 99.99 %, and 99 % of which could be maintained after placed in the natural environment for more than one year. If rinsed in water for fifteen days, the antimicrobial activity reduced to 97 %.
