摘　　要： 目前数字参考咨询服务在图书馆中广泛开展,其涉及到的法律问题日益受到人们的重视。对数字参考咨询服务中所涉及的版权问题、图书馆间协作的法律问题、用户隐私权的保护问题等进行了论述,并提出一些相应的建议和对策。 At present, the digital reference service is widely applied in libraries. People attach much importance to the legal problems involved in the digital reference service. This paper discusses on the copyright problem involved in the digital reference service, the legal problems in the cooperation among libraries, and the protection of users＇ privacy, etc., and puts forward some corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
