摘　　要： 美国电子文件档案馆是一项以电子文件的接受、保管、长期存取为主要目的的系统工程。本文首先分析了美国电子文件档案馆工程的设计原则、前期准备工作和系统实现的功能。在此基础上,笔者对该系统的开发策略和可借鉴的经验进行了总结。最后,笔者对我国数字档案馆建设提出了几点建议。 Electronic Records Archives initiative is a system with the aims to receive, preserve and access electronic records. In this paper, the author will firstly analyze the importance of this project, and than introduce the design principles and its functions in United States. Summarizing their experience and strategies, the author will make some suggestions on how to implement the Digital Archives in China.
