摘 要: 探索半胱胺(cysteam ine,CS)对小鼠血清激素水平的影响。按50 mg/kg BW CSH(cysteam ine hydrochlo-ride)和100 mg/kg BW CSH的配比浓度灌服小鼠,采用R IA方法检测血清生长激素、甲状腺素、促甲状腺素和胰岛素水平。结果显示:50 mg/kg BW CSH处理组,血清GH、T3水平显著升高(P<0.05),T4有所上升(P>0.05),TSH、胰岛素呈下降趋势(P>0.05);100 mg/kg BW CSH处理组,血清GH、T3上升极显著(P<0.01),T4、胰岛素上升明显(P<0.05),TSH明显下降(P<0.05),另外,两试验组间GH存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。CS能改善小鼠血清激素水平,增强机体代谢机能。 To study the effects of cysteamine on hormone levels of serum of mice. Mice were infused with 50 mg/kg BW CSH and 100 mg/kg BW CSH respectively. Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the levels of GH, T3 ,T4,TSH and insulin in serum of mice. Results show that: In the 50 mg/kg BW CSH treatment group, levels of serum GH and T3 increased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ) and that of T4 increased slowly ( P 〉 0.05 ), however,concentrations of TSH and insulin decreased slightly (P 〉 0.05 ). In the 100 mg/kg BW CSH treament group, cysteamine hydrochloride augmented concentrations of GH and T3 (P 〈 0.01 )and those of T4 and insulin(P 〈 0.05 ), but decreased mean TSH level significantly (P 〈 0.05 ). In addition, between the two experiment groups there was an obvious difference in GH concentrations(P 〈 0.05). CSH could improve serum hormone levels and enhance physioligical metabolism of mice.
