摘 要: 聚氨酯/丙烯酸(PUA)水分散乳液通常存在耐水性不佳等不足。采用甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)作为交联单体参与PUA合成反应,在PA与PU的核、壳之间起到架桥作用。结果表明:当HEMA用量为PA的6%,加入时间在二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)反应完成之后时,可以得到综合性能较好的产品。 Polyurethane/acrylate(PU/PA) hybrid emulsions are not good in water resistance.2- hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) was used as crosslinking monomer in the synthesis of urethane/acrylate hybrid emulsions, HEMA might be as a "bridge" between PU and PA.The experiment showed a good product could be gained when the amount of HEMA was 6% of PA and HEMA was reacted after 2,2 - dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) had reacted.
