摘　　要： 本文通过我国质量管理实施现状的分析,对日本质量管理实践成功的经验总结,论证了文化在质量管理实践中的重要作用。文章结合我国的现实状况,提出了在建设文化的基础上加强质量管理实施的对策。 This paper analyzes the TQM practices in our country, and summarizes the experiences of the successful practices of TQM in Japan. The experience shows the important role that culture plays in the practice of TQM. And at last, according to the situation of our country, it gives the methods to construct the culture in order to make the practice of TQM be enhanced.
