摘　　要： 本文论述了数学素质的基本特征:数学水平、数学能力、数学思维、数学品质,给出了在数学教学过程中进行素质教育的内容,数学教学中必须体现数学的社会需要、数学家的创新精神、数学科学的重大作用、数学的美学价值。 The paper expounds the basic features of quality eduaction in math teaching： mathematical capability, mathematical thinking and mathematical quality. To meet the demands of the society for talents in mathematics, math teachers should cultivate students＇ initiative in solving mathematical problems and teach them to appreciate the aethetic values of math.
