摘　　要： 我国自实行政府采购制度以来,并没有象西方发达国家那样取得预期效果,采购成本不但没有下降,反而有所提高。本文就采购成本过高问题进行探讨,在对成本过高原因进行详细分析的基础上,提出了降低成本的对策。 China has not achieved the expected goal as Western countries have done since it adopted government purchase. The government purchase cost has been on the increase instead of on the decrease. The paper analyzes the problems of high cost of government purchase and puts forward countermeasures.
