摘 要: 以出行分布和交通分配模型为依据,导出城市路段交通量与小区土地利用的基本关系式。分析了路段交通量对小区土地利用的敏感性并给出了敏感性系数。给出拥挤路段的确定方法和瓶颈路段对小区土地利用限制模型。 Basing on the models of travel distribution and traffic assignment, the basic formula to show the relationship between link traffic volumes and zone land use in cities has been researched.The coefficient that link traffic volumes response to zone land use was analyzed.The method to find jam links and the model to limit land use were given.
