摘 要: 本文分析了VMI的内涵、特征和当前企业实施VMI的流程与存在的问题,探讨了产品生命周期各个阶段的不同市场特点,研究了产品在生命周期不同阶段影响需求预测真实性的各种因素。在此基础上,提出了产品生命周期各阶段实施VMI的策略。 This paper analyzed the connotation, characteristic actualized process and problem of VMI, Inquiried into different market characteristics of the product life cycle each stage, also Studied the various influence factor of the requirement forecast reliability in the product life cycle of different stage, based on it, putting forward each stage of life cycle of product to carry out the VMI strategy.
