摘 要: 从集贸市场随机采集97头份猪肉样本、53头份羊肉样本、50头份牛肉样本,应用双抗体夹心ELISA和PCR方法,平行检测样本可能含有的伪狂犬病病毒。结果97头份猪肉样中,双抗体夹心ELISA方法检出伪狂犬病病毒19份(19.6%),PCR检出25份(25.6%);牛肉样本中ELISA阳性数为0,PCR阳性2份(4%);羊肉样本中两种方法均为阴性。这两种方法均为阳性和阴性的份数为12和170,总符合率为89.2%。结果说明猪伪狂犬病的控制对提高肉食品品质具有重要作用。 By using sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and polymerase chain reaction (PCR), Pseudorabies virus (PRV) in the pork, mutton and beef samples which were collected from market in Wuhan were investigated. The results showed that 19 positive samples were detected from 97 pork samples by DAS-ELISA while 25 positive samples were picked up by PCR. Only 2 positive sample were detected from 50 beef samples by PCR. None of mutton samples were proved to be PrV positive by both PCR and ELISA from 53 mutton samples. 89. 2 % agreement between PCR and DAS-ELISA was achieved. These data indicated that the latent infection of PRV in pigs might play an important role in present prevalence of Aujeszky's disease.
