摘 要: 简述了裂纹扩展模型Paris定律的基本理论和金属结构裂纹扩展寿命预测的具体运用公式,并通过有限元计算得到无裂纹结构的应力云图,取得Paris定律中所需的应力值,从而预测裂纹部位裂纹扩展的寿命.通过实验研究和分析,证明用上述方法得到的应力值运用在Paris定律中能满足工程裂纹诊断的要求. In this paper, Paris's formula and theory on model of metal crack growth is recounted. Eexperimental Study on the method to forecast the crack growth life is done when crack appears by using the stress of the structure without crack calculated from FEM. By analyzing the data of experiments, the results show that the method satisfies the engineering requirment for crack growth diagnose.
