摘 要: 基于非接触式齿轮速度传感器检测原理,设计了一种径向多齿轮流量变送器测量系统。该变送器的流量脉动只有单片普通齿轮变送器脉动的1/16,可用来测量高压液压系统动态流量。先将被测流体的流量信号转换为转速信号,再用GTS系列的非接触式齿轮速度传感器检测出齿轮的转速,经过AT89S52单片机的容积/脉冲换算和处理,最终确定被测系统的动态流量。该流量计具有测量范围大、精度高、可靠性好等优点。 Based on the method of non-contact pick-off detection of gear tooth, the detection system of a radial multi- gear flow was designed. The flow pulse of the flowmeter has a 1/16 pulse of single gear to measure dynamic flow of a high-pressure hydraulic system. At first, the system changes the flow signal to a rotary signal, secondly measures the wheel rotation by two non-contact piek-offs, then converts and treats volume/pulse by AT89S52, finally the dynamic flow of the measuring system is measured. The flow-meter has the following characteristics., wide measuring, high accuracy and good reliability.
