摘　　要： 目前我国图书馆在环境建设方面取得了很大的成就,但图书馆环境的改善与图书馆服务质量的提高并没有必然的联系。在建好了读者眼中的图书馆之后更重要的是建立读者心中的图书馆,大力推进图书馆的读者教育工作。文章根据作者的实践,提出了建立读者心中图书馆的策略和具体措施。参考文献4。 Now we have made great progress in the construction of library environment, but there is no inevitable connection between the good environment and the high quality of service. It is more important to construct the library in the heart of the readers and promote the readers training energetically after the construction of the library in the eyes of readers. Based on the practice of the authors, this paper puts forward the strategy and measures of constructing the library in the hearts of readers.
