摘 要: 本文利用XPS分析技术对蔗渣爆破浆进行了表面化学分析。分析结果表明,爆破处理使蔗渣纤维表面的O/C有所提高,且C1峰面积减小,说明爆破浆表面有较高的碳水化合物含量和较低的木素和抽提物。S/C的提高则表明爆破使纤维表面的木素磺化度提高,这是引起爆破浆强度高的原因之一。 In this paper, XPS was used to analyze the chemical components in the surface of explosion pulps of ba- gasse. The obtained results showed that the O/C ratio on the fiber surface increased and the peak area of C1 decreased after explosion. Which indicated that there were more carbohydrate and less lignin and extractives on the fiber surface. Moreover, the increase of S/C ratios suggested that there was a higher lignin sulfonation degree on the fiber surface, Which is a main reason led to higher paper strength.
