摘　　要： 目的:为药品生产企业管理销售人员提供参考。方法:根据药品生产企业药品销售的特点,探讨如何管理药品生产企业的销售人员。结果与结论:药品生产企业应对销售人员进行制度管理、绩效管理、薪酬管理、稳定性管理。 OBJECTIVE： To provide the reference for the management of salesmen for pharmaceutical manufacture enterprises. METHODS： The management of salesmen in pharmaceutical manufacture enterprises was discussed on the basis of characteristics of sales of pharmaceutical manufacture enterprises. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： Pharmaceutical manufacture enterprises should carry on system management, performance management, salary management and stabilization management in salesman.
