摘　　要： 本文根据从移动智能网中采集到的原始数据,分析了神州行预付费业务用户的话务忙时、通话时长的客观规律,同时也分析了用户发送短信的时段分布和短信长度的客观规律。该分析结果时移动智能网的性能分析有着重要作用,同时为移动运营商更好地了解客户的业务使用行为提供了一定的参考价值。 Based on the original data collected from the mobile intelligent network, the busy hour of teletraffic and call duration of PPS user are studied, and the frequency of short message per hour sent by users and the distribution of length are investigated. The results are very important to the performance analysis of mobile intelligent network, and have reference meaning for mobile vendors to understand the user behavior.
