摘 要: 目的:探讨不同强度运动及运动与雌激素联合作用对去卵巢大鼠腰椎骨量的影响及机制。方法:80只3月龄雌性SD大鼠去卵巢分成:正常对照组(SHAM)、骨质疏松对照组(OVX)、雌激素对照组(OVX+ES)、3个单纯运动组(低强度运动组(OVX+EX1)、中等强度运动组(OVX+EX2)、大强度运动组(OVX+EX3))以及3个运动与雌激素联合组(低强度运动加雌激素组(OVX+EX1+ES)、中等强度运动加雌激素组(OVX+EX2+ES)、大强度运动加雌激素组(OVX+EX3+ES)),用骨形态计量学方法,研究8周的1h/day,5days/week低强度(8 m/min)、中等强度(18 m/min)和大强度(28 m/min)跑台运动对大鼠第四腰椎(L4)松质骨骨量的影响。结果:(1)OVX组静态骨量指标由于骨吸收和骨形成的增加比SHAM组降低(P<0.05),补充雌激素各组骨量增加。(2)三种强度的单纯运动均能使腰椎骨量较骨质疏松对照组增多,各强度间静态指标差异无显著性意义,但运动强度与三个静态骨量指标呈现正相关关系。(3)三个运动和雌激素联合组静态骨量指标与各自强度的单纯运动组及雌激素对照组相比无增加。结论:低、中等和大强度的单纯运动均能对腰椎产生有益作用,三种强度的运动和雌激素联合在腰椎未能显示协同作用。 Objective. To evaluate the effect and mechanism d individual or combined different intensity treadmill exercise and estrogen on 4th lumber in ovareictomized rats. Methods. 80 female sprague dawly rats,3 raonths of age, were assigned to fonowing groups: SHAM, OVX and OVX + ES (ovariectomy with estrogen administration ), 3 groups of individual exercise of different intensity : OVX + EXl, OVX + EX2 and OVX + EX3, 3 combined groups of estrogen and exercise: OVX + EX1 + ES, OVX + EX2 + ES, and OVX + EX3 + ES. Exercise consisted of treadmilll naming for 1h/day,5 days/week,at the speed of 8m/min(EXl), 18m/min (EX2) and 28m/min (EX3) with the duration of 8 weeks. Histomorphometric measurement on 4th lumbar verlebral body(L4 ) were investigated. Results. (1) The static indices decreased in OVX by increasing bone formation and re- sorption compared with sham( P 〈0.05),whereas it can be diminished by estrogen administration. (2) The indices of bone mass in all of the three individual exercise groups were higher than that of OVX, and it had no differences between the three individual exercise groups. The relation between the intensity of exercise and static indices of bone mass showed positive liner correlations. (3) There were no differences in bone mass in three combined groups and between the groups of estrogen administration alone and groups of individual exercise alone. Conclusion. There has a better effect on bone mass of lumber in three different individual exercise and has no collaborate effect on it when combining of exercise and estrogen.
