高炉矿渣和电炉白渣细粉对Cr(Ⅵ)的还原与溶出抑制作用
Reducing and leaching retention effect of ground granulated blast-furnace slag and ground electric steel furnace slag on Cr(Ⅵ)

摘  要: 在分析与确认高炉矿渣和电炉白渣细粉的还原性与还原能力的基础上,研究了它们对Cr(Ⅵ)水溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)的还原作用及其对粉煤灰硬化体中Cr(Ⅵ)的溶出抑制作用,并分析探讨了粉煤灰硬化体中Cr(Ⅵ)溶出行为与其孔溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)浓度的关系.研究结果表明,高炉矿渣、电炉白渣对Cr(Ⅵ)都具有较好的还原性,能有效地降低水溶液和粉煤灰硬化体中孔溶液及其溶出液中的Cr(Ⅵ)浓度,且长期稳定性较好.电炉白渣对Cr(Ⅵ)的溶出抑制能力强于高炉矿渣. Three following aspects are mainly contained including investigation into the reducing effect of ground granulated blast-furnace slag(GGBFS) and ground electric steel furnace slag (GESFS) ; assessment of their ability to reduce Cr( Ⅵ) in Cr( Ⅵ )-containing aqueous solution and prevent the leaching of Cr( Ⅵ) from hardened fly ashes which contain high content leachable Cr( Ⅵ ) ; and the relation between the amount of Cr( Ⅵ ) leached from hardened fly ash and Cr ( Ⅵ ) concentration in the pore solution of the hardened fly ash. The results indicate that the both slags possess excellent reducibility on Cr(Ⅵ ). With the addition of the slags whether to Cr(Ⅵ)-containing aqueous solution or to hardened fly ashes, the concentration of Cr (Ⅵ ) in the solution and the leaching of Cr (Ⅵ) from hardened fly ashes is reduced, and the effect is kept stable during the investigated term. The retention effect of GESFS on the leaching of Cr( Ⅵ ) from hardened fly ash is better than that of GGBFS.
