摘 要: 研究了负载有结晶紫的微晶酚酞固相萃取分离富集Pb(Ⅱ)的新方法.在pH1.0~7.0的酸度范围内,Pb(Ⅱ)与I^-形成的络阴离子PbI4^2-能与结晶紫(CV^+)形成疏水性三元离子缔合物[PbI4]^2-(CV^+)。而被微晶酚酞吸附,在一定条件下,该体系能够使Pb(Ⅱ)与常见离子Zn(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅲ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Mn(Ⅱ)、Cr(Ⅱ)、Al(Ⅱ)等完全分离. It is the first study that microcrystalline phenolphthalein was utilized as a solid phase adsorbent to preconcentrate and separate lead. At pH 1.0~7.0, Pb( Ⅱ ) can react with I- to form complex anion PhI4^2- , and the resulting PhI4^2- reacts with CV^+ to form ion-association complex [PhI4]^2-(CV^+ )2 which can be adsorbed on the surface of microcrystalline phenolphthalein. Under the optimum conditions, Pb( Ⅱ ) can be totally separated from Zn( Ⅱ ), Fe( Ⅲ ), Co( Ⅱ ), Ni( Ⅱ ), Mn( Ⅱ ), Cr( Ⅲ ) and Al( Ⅲ ) etc.
