摘　　要： 国外电子政府绩效评估实践为我国建立电子政府理想模型、科学的电子政府评价理论和评价系统提供了重要的参考依据。结合我国的实际情况,电子政府绩效评估可划分为政府网站、基础设施技术指标、软硬件综合指标、社会网络绩效以及基本评估准则五大模式。 The international practices of performance appraise of the electronic government provide important reference for our country to create the ideal model of the electronic government,scientific appraise theory of the electronic government and the system of the appraise,unifying the reality 0f our country,may divide the achievement appraise of the electronic government into government website,the technical index of the basic facility,the comprehensive index of the software and hardware,social network and the benefit and basic appraisal criterion-five large model.
