摘 要: 针对工程装备管理体系中大量多准则、多目标的决策问题,探讨了基于组件技术建立一个适应各种不同层次、不同地区的开放型、通用的工程装备管理综合决策系统。研究和设计了系统化决策评价体系,提出了系统的组件化结构,并建立了模糊综合评判模型,为复杂的工程装备管理决策问题提供了应用支持。 For multi - criteria and multi - object decision- making of engineering equipment management, the paper looks at the synthetic decision- making system based on building an open model, which is oriented to the needs of different levels and areas. It also puts forward a new decision- making evaluating system with fuzzy overall evaluating model and system component frame to give a support to a decision making for complex engineering equipment management.
