摘  要: 目的提出一种CFRT柱与钢梁连接的新型节点形式———贯穿钢筋式节点,并给出其设计方法及施工步骤的建议,解决住宅建筑钢结构节点的抗弯性能问题.方法采用通用有限元软件ANSYS,考虑材料、几何、接触非线性,对节点模型进行数值分析;假定节点抗弯承载力由柱壁和钢筋两部分组成,给出简化计算公式.结果有限元结果表明该节点承载力高、刚度大、延性好;简化抗弯计算公式可以较好地估算节点屈服承载力和极限承载力.结论贯穿钢筋式节点传力明确、用料经济、制作简便、外观简洁;根据现行规范建议的设计方法明确合理,施工步骤简单易行. Based on the current types of beam to CFRT column connections, a new type of steel I - beam to CFRT column rigid connection, re - bar connection, was proposed at first. Then, the ANSYS finite element package was employed to analyze the connection behavior under bending moment, including material, geometric and contact nonlinearities. The numerical results show that re - bar connections have high bearing capacity, high stiffness and good ductility. Furthermore, simplified formulation was proposed to estimate the yield and ultimate moment bearing capacity of re - bar connections. At last, according to the update codes, the design procedure and construction steps for rebar connections were advised. With concise appearance, rebar connections can be designed and constructed conveniently and economically.
