摘　　要： 英语时态与时间关系紧密,但是0时间现象却没有明确的时态归属。传统语法在分析0时间概念的“客观事实”时,只是把这种现象罗列在一般现在时内,忽视了对其归类。对一般现在时的用法进行子类分析时,主要线索是被研究对象与时间的关系,但是处理“客观事实”时,则以现象替代了这种关系,出现了明显的不一致。提出“0时间一般现在时”,不仅符合上述分类的基本线索,还有充分的依据、明确的辨别标准、进一步细分的路径和重要的现实意义。 The relation between tense and time is close,but the 0 time phenomenon does not have a definite sub - category of its own. The available analysis of 0 - time ＂objective phenomenon＂, which falls into the simple present tense, focuses on facts listing instead of categorization. The categorization of the usages of the simple present tense mainly rests on their relation with time, but the ＂objective phenomenon＂ is only loosely grouped as fact, inconsistent with the tense - time categorization. The proposal of 0 simple present tense not only adheres to the tense - time relation, but also involves sound and sufficient support, it has clear standards for its identification, further classification, and practical significance.
