摘 要: 以80μg/mL、40μg/mL、20μg/mL、10μg/mL浓度的丙环唑处理斜纹夜蛾(Spodoptera litura)细胞,48h后细胞中蛋白质含量分别降低了95.39%、89.87%、61.30%、35.79%。以每虫0.5μg剂量的丙环唑注射斜纹夜蛾4龄幼虫,处理后48h,试虫血淋巴总糖量及蛋白质含量分别降低了20.11%、12.12%;每虫1.0μg剂量下,则分别降低了51.94%、43.23%;每虫0.5μg和1.0μg剂量的丙环唑注射处理后,斜纹夜蛾幼虫体重显著降低。结果表明,丙环唑对斜纹夜蛾细胞和幼虫的生理指标均有影响。 The proteins reduced rates of Spodoptera litura cell were 95. 39%,89. 87%,61.30%, 35. 79% respectively, after they were treated with propiconazole for 48 h, at concentration of 80μg/mL, 40μg/mL, 20μg/mL, 10μg/mL. When propiconazole was injected into the body of 4th-instar larvae of S. litura at the dose of 0. 5μg per larva for 48 h,it considerably decreased the content of the total sugar and proteins in haemolymph, and the reduced rates were 20. 11%, 12. 12% respectively,at the dose of 1.0 μg per larva its 51.94%, 43. 23%, respectively. Furthermore, propiconazole could depress the weight increase of S. litura larva. Propiconazole effected on physiological index of cell and larva of S. litura,which shows the possibility that propiconazole analog can control pests.
