摘　　要： 聚合物熔体泵输送的是高温高压熔体,与传统的齿轮泵相比结构更为复杂,它的齿轮与轴合为一体,采用自润滑系统实现其润滑功能并采用填料密封和机械密封相结合的密封方式。本文以某一熔体泵为例,探讨了熔体泵的工作原理,给出了聚合物熔体泵的设计原则。 Polymer melt pump is used to convey the melt with high temperature and pressure, compared with the traditional gear pump, its structure is more complex, its gear and shaft is fit together, self lubrication system is adopted to realize the lubrication function, the structure combining packing and mechanical seal is adopted. Taking the specified melt pump as a example, its working theory was discussed, and some principles of design were introduced.
