摘 要: 基于约束理论详细分析了瓶颈问题,介绍识别瓶颈问题的若干方法,提出瓶颈环节上作业调度的动态优先级方案,归纳总结了不同的绩效衡量指标。在具体实施运用高级计划与排程系统时,企业可结合自身经营目标和存在的约束条件,选择合适的参数,进行优先级计算,充分利用瓶颈资源,达到企业预定目标。 The bottleneck facility based on the theory and principles of constraints (TOC) is analyzed. Some methods of recognizing bottleneck are introduced. A dynamical priority dispatching method of bottleneck is advanced and a kind of performance measurements is concluded. In order to obtain expecting goal, manufacturers should according to the actual goal and restriction choose appropriate parameter, computes priority and make the production scheduling again.
