摘 要: 利用太阳能可再生能源替代原油集输加热环节消耗的天然气和燃油资源,开辟了油田节能新途径。但是由于太阳能资源的不稳定性以及原油集输加热过程中各种随机条件及物理参数的变化,使太阳能加热的流程控制较为复杂,对控制方式和控制算法提出了较高的要求,传统的简单逻辑控制模式已不能满足需要。文章介绍了采用工业计算机智能控制技术来实现原油集输太阳能加热的设计方案,包括计算机控制系统的工作原理、组成结构、软硬件模块设计、逻辑流程的设计方案。该系统已在辽河油田某采油站成功应用。 Application of solar energy, a kind of regenerative energy, to substitute natural gas and fuel oil for heating crude oil in oil gathering and transporting creates a new energy saving way. The control flow of solar heating is considerable complicated because of instability of solar energy as well as various stochastic conditions and changing parameters during oil heating process. The traditional simple logic control mode is unable to satisfy the requirements. This paper presents the design scheme of solar heating crude oil in oil gathering and transporting by means of intelligent control industrial computer, which includes working principle, configuration, software and hardware modules, logic flow as well. This system has been applied successfully in an oil production station in Liaohe Oilfield.
