摘 要: 对倒刺鲃进行药物敏感性试验.结果表明,在室内常温(24~29℃)、静水条件下,倒刺鲃对5种药物的急性毒性大小依次为:孔雀石绿〉硫酸铜〉高锰酸钾〉二溴海因〉敌百虫,安全浓度分别为0.05、0.41、0.43、3.76、5.00mg/L。孔雀石绿对倒刺鲃的毒性最大且安全浓度较低;敌百虫和二溴海因毒性最弱,可以考虑作为倒刺鲃疾病防治的适用药物。 The drug sensitivity experiment on Spinibarbus denticulatus (Oshima) was conducted. Results showed that the acute toxicity of five drugs to S. denticulatus was as fellows: malachite green was the highest, cupric sulfate (CuSO4) was the second, and then potassium pemmnganate (KMnO4), dibromindimethyl hydanfion and trichlorfon in common temperature of house (24-29℃) under calm water condition. And the safety concentration was 0. 05, 0. 41, 0. 43, 3.76 and 5. 00mg/L, respectively. The toxicity of malachite green was the highest with lower safety concentration, while the toxicities of trichlorfon and dibromindimethyl hydanfion was the lowest, and they could be used as a suitable drug to control S. denticulatus.
