摘　　要： CdS纳米粒子作为一种重要的半导体纳米材料,因其在光、电、磁、催化等方面具有巨大的应用潜能.本文就CdS纳米粒子的制备与应用进行了简要回顾. CdS nanoparticles is a kind of important semiconductor nano - materials and has drawn much attention recently due to their much potential applications in many fields, such as photoelectricity, magnetism, catalyst, bioanalysis, etc.. The preparation methods and applications of CdS nanoparticles have been reviewed briefly in this paper.
