摘 要: 以聚乙二醇—400(PEG—400)为模板,三氧化二钕、硝酸和磷酸铵为起始原料,用固相反应技术合成磷酸钕,经XRD、FT-IR和TG/DTA技术反应的主产物进行分析.结果表明,主产物为磷酸钕纳米晶. Nano- crystal neodymium phosphate was obtained by solid state reaction when Nd2O3, HNO3 and (NH4)3PO4·3H2O were used as starting materals and PEG- 400 as template. The main product of the reaction was characterized by XRD, TG/DTA and IR. The result showed the main product was nanocrystal NdM, MNPO4.
