摘　　要： 国债投资本身促进经济增长不是最终目的,它应当牵动民间投资刺激国内有效需求的增长,这样才能使国民经济步入长期稳定快速的增长。本文根据这一目标对我国国债投资的成效进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策,以期对我国国债投资的优化有一定的帮助。 Promoting the economic growth is not the final goal of national debt investment. It must affect nongovemmental investment to stimulate the growth of the effective demand, so that it can cause the national economy a longterm and stable fast growth. This paper analyzes the effect of China＇ s national debt investment and puts forward the countermeasures. This will be helpful for the optimization of national debt investment of our country.
